Lifting Mechanism
Lift Before Rotation
The plug lifts away from the sealing surface before rotating 90° to the open position. This separates lifting from rotation and limits sliding contact between the plug and sealing surfaces during operation.
Rotate Before Lowering
During closing, the plug rotates 90° to the closed position before being lowered onto the sealing surface. This keeps the sealing surfaces disengaged during rotation.
